  • There is both a London or virtual option, what's included in the different ticket prices?

A London ticket includes full access to all sessions at the conference venue, lunch, refreshments and on-site networking. A virtual ticket includes full access to the online event platform on the day and in the lead up to the event.

  • What are the NHF doing to address potential safety concerns around a return to in person events?

Firstly it’s worth stressing that your safety is our top priority. We are following up to the minute government advice which can be found here. As well as this we are introducing additional measures (below) at the venue to keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable.

  • What extra safety measures will be in place at the Business Design Centre (BDC)?

The NHF and BDC have been accredited to run safer events. Some of the safety measures that will be in place include:

  • Temperature checks and self-declaration of health, upon arrival.
  • NHS track and trace upon entry.
  • Face coverings.
  • Enhanced cleaning at venue, particularly in high traffic areas.
  • Enhanced ventilation.
  • Encouragement of regular handwashing and sanitising.
  • Staggered session times to avoid queues and groups gathering.
  • What happens if government advice changes and the event can no longer run at the venue?

Should government advice change we will pivot the event to virtual. You will then be given the option to either move you ticket to virtual (with any price difference refunded) or cancel your place. We will be in touch with you should this happen.

  • My circumstances have changed and I need to cancel, how much will this cost?

You won’t be liable for any cancellation charges for our 2021/22 events up until 30 days before the event should your circumstances change and you wish to cancel.

  • I have booked for London but now would rather attend virtually, can I?

Yes this is fine, please contact us and we will change your ticket over and refund any price difference. We ask that you give us at least 2 weeks notice so we can accurately calculate the number of people we will have on-site.

  • I can’t attend the whole event either virtually or in London, will I still be able to access any content I’ve missed?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to watch on demand at your leisure on the event platform for three months after the event

  • The event is now being run virtually as it can’t take place at the conference venue, am I able to claim any money back against pre-booked travel or accommodation?

I’m afraid we are unable to cover the cost of this. We recommend booking accommodation which has a late cancellation date and waiting until nearer the time to book train tickets. We are keeping a close eye on government advice and will contact you in plenty of time should the event not be able to take place.

  • I require accommodation locally, where can I book this?
