What's included in the delegate ticket?
A delegate ticket includes full access to all sessions at the conference venue, lunch, refreshments and on-site networking across both days. Accommodation needs to be booked separately.

Group offer - bring your team

Future Housing Leaders (FHL)
You might be a relatively recent recruit, or someone who's been in the sector for a few years and wants to take the next step. Either way, you could qualify for a 50% discount on Summit 23 delegate ticket with our Future Housing Leaders discount. Further details on who qualifies and how you can book can be found here.
Free admission to our Smallers event
Our smaller members also get admission to the National Smaller Housing Associations' Conference when they book a place at Summit. That is two conferences over three days for less than £700 a ticket if you book now.

Who qualifies for the Future Housing Leaders’ discount?
Your organisation must be a member of the National Housing Federation and you need to be in the early stages of your career in social housing and either be in an officer, manager or equivalent position. For more information on who qualifies please get in touch.
Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem
You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 10 days before the conference you will need to pay by card.

No VAT payable
There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on your National Housing Summit 2023 places.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be charged a £150 cancellation fee per person. The full fee is payable for any cancellations received after 18 August 2023.
Inclusivity
We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on our online event platform. Photography and filming
Please note that filming and photography may be taking place at the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be captured please let the conference staff know on the day or contact our marketing team.
