There is both an in-person or virtual option, what's included in the different ticket prices?

An in-person ticket includes full access to all sessions at the conference venue, lunch, refreshments and on-site networking. Accommodation needs to be booked separately, more information can be found here.

A virtual ticket includes full access to the online event platform on the day and in the lead up to the event. Both in-person and virtual tickets also include access to session recordings on demand for three months after the event for you to digest at your leisure should you miss anything on the day.

Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem

You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 10 days before the conference you will need to pay by card.

No VAT payable

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on the National Housing Summit - Special Edition 2021 event tickets.

No cancellation fees for 2021

We know how important it is right now to have flexibility in booking which is why we are waiving cancellation fees across all events, giving you piece of mind that you will get your money back should your circumstances change. We are also offering the option for you to change your delegate ticket to the virtual option and vice versa nearer to the event with any price difference fully refunded. These offers will end 30 days before the event.

Please note that filming and photography may be taking place at the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be captured please let the conference staff know on the day or contact our marketing team.
